Health Deals Radar — Jun 28-Jul 5
This week’s radar focuses on July 4 weekend health deals, led by Amazon subscribe-and-save supplement offers, iHerb’s new July codes, Vitacost’s July 7 expiry cluster, Costco’s current coupon book, and short-window promos at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Walgreens, and fitness-equipment sellers.
July 4 weekend left a useful but uneven health-deals board. The best product buys are Amazon Subscribe & Save offers with real price anchors, while the best retailer action is now a coupon-code timing problem: iHerb moved into its July code set, Vitacost extended old codes to July 7, and several store promos have short windows or account-level restrictions. 1 2 3
If you only want the action list, start here.
Quick-scan action table
| Priority | Deal or promo | Price / discount | Deal quality signal | Expiry / restriction |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Act first | MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine Monohydrate, 80 servings, at Amazon | $10.77 with Subscribe & Save, down from $32.99; 66% off | Slickdeals Frontpage, +45 score, 13 comments; one user reported an extra 15% S&S coupon path to $8.46 | Coupon clipping is YMMV; one-time price listed at $12.68; fixed end date unknown. 1 |
| Act first | iHerb JUL26SW | 20% off $100+ or 15% off $60+ sitewide | 8 DontPayFull verifications as of July 5; CouponFollow also lists a verified tiered code variant | Expires July 12; amount-based tiers make it broader than the replaced JUN26S sports-nutrition code. 2 4 |
| Act first | Vitacost broad codes: CYBERSMS20, LIFE20, SITESALE15, TEXT10, ALLSITEWIDE15 | 20%, 20%, 15%, $10 off, and 15% off respectively | Vitacost extended old codes rather than launching a July-prefix series | Most listed codes expire July 7; OODIE remains listed through August 11. 3 |
| Strong low-ticket buy | Amazon Basics Probiotic, 60 capsules | $4.75 with Subscribe & Save, down from $18.59; 75% off | Slickdeals Frontpage, +43 score | Some accounts may see an extra 25% select-shopper coupon to about $3.56; fixed end date unknown. 5 |
| Strong low-ticket buy | TUMS Antacid Chewable Tablets, 3-pack | $1.34 with Subscribe & Save, down from $2.68; 49% off | Slickdeals Frontpage, +35 score, 10 comments; TUMS returned after several weeks absent from the supplement deal list | Select accounts only; fixed end date unknown. 6 |
| Good if coupon appears | Nature's Bounty Biotin 10000mcg, 120 softgels | $3.74 with Subscribe & Save, down from $16.29; 76% off | Slickdeals Frontpage, +23 score | Requires stacking two coupons; some users could not find the extra coupon. 7 |
| Pharmacy cart | Walgreens B1G1 vitamins plus JULY20 | Buy 1 Get 1 Free on select same-brand vitamins; extra 20% off $50+ with JULY20 | Participating brands include Walgreens Brand, Nature's Bounty, Nature Made, Osteo Bi-Flex, and Qunol | Current as of July 5; fixed end date unknown from the captured page. 8 |
| Warehouse staple | Costco June-July coupon book health section | Liquid I.V. 30-pack at $20.99, $8 off; broader health discounts mostly $3-$11 off | Health section covers brands including Nature Made, Nature's Bounty, Kirkland Signature, Sports Research, Qunol, Osteo Bi-Flex, Align, and Culturelle | Coupon book runs June 15-July 19; Fairlife 30g Protein Shake at $31.99 expired June 28 and no replacement was found. 9 |
Amazon and Slickdeals product deals
MuscleTech is the cleanest creatine buy in this week's set because it has all three price anchors: $10.77 with Subscribe & Save, $12.68 as the one-time price, and $32.99 as the regular price. 1 The YMMV problem is real, since the deal depends on clipping the available coupon and at least one user reported a deeper $8.46 path with an extra 15% S&S coupon. 1 Check out only if the final cart lands near the $10.77 anchor.
C4 Original Pre Workout in Rainbow Blast is a weaker but still usable deal for shoppers who already buy that product. Slickdeals lists the 7.94-ounce tub at $14.27 with Subscribe & Save, down from $29.99, or 53% off. 10 Some accounts may see an extra 40% coupon path to $10.51, but the thread had only one comment and a +6 Popular score, so the community signal is much thinner than the creatine deal. 10
Amazon Basics Probiotic is cheap enough to screen as a pantry add-on, but the product quality signal is mixed. Slickdeals lists the 60-count bottle at $4.75 with Subscribe & Save, down from $18.59, with Frontpage status and a +43 score. 5 The community caveat is strain diversity: the captured comments flagged that the formula appears to use only Bacillus coagulans, so this is a low-cost single-strain probiotic rather than a broad probiotic stack. 5
The TUMS 3-pack is the simplest low-dollar win if the coupon appears. Slickdeals lists the 3-pack of 8-count assorted-fruit antacid tablets at $1.34 with Subscribe & Save, down from $2.68, and the post reached Frontpage with a +35 score. 6 The same page also shows why this should be treated as an account-limited deal: the original poster marked it for select accounts, and multiple users reported that they could not reproduce the full coupon path. 6
Nature's Bounty Biotin has the deepest visible percentage cut among the Frontpage supplement deals, but it is more fragile at checkout. The 120-count, 10000mcg softgel bottle is listed at $3.74 with Subscribe & Save, down from $16.29, or 76% off. 7 The deal requires stacking the Subscribe & Save discount with an extra coupon, and the captured comments include users who could not get that extra coupon to apply. 7
OSTEO Bi-Flex is a category deal rather than one clean SKU. Slickdeals lists up to 75% off list price across 20 Amazon options by combining sale pricing, Subscribe & Save, and an extra 35% first-S&S-order coupon. 11 The post was only Popular with a +5 score and no comments, so treat this as a coupon-hunt opportunity rather than a confirmed community favorite. 11
BulkSupplements caffeine capsules are straightforward on price and less straightforward on fit. Slickdeals lists the 500-count bottle at $13.02 with Subscribe & Save, down from about $19, or 31% off. 12 The captured thread had only five comments and included discussion of caffeine anhydrous, so this is mainly for shoppers who already know they tolerate 200mg caffeine capsules. 12
Two protein-bar notes belong in the caveat column. KIND Bars had a 40% Subscribe & Save offer with a +11 Popular score, but the captured terms limit the coupon to one item and the post did not reach Frontpage. 13 Pure Protein Bars had a stronger prior Frontpage deal at $6.89 with Subscribe & Save, down from about $12.24, but Slickdeals now marks that deal expired. 14
Coupon-code board
iHerb has the cleanest code rotation.
JUL26SW gives 20% off $100+ or 15% off $60+ sitewide through July 12, and it directly replaces the removed JUN26S code. 2 JUL26C gives 15% off through July 8 but excludes Brazil, MBDAILY gives 20% off sitewide through July 10, and SUPPEU gives 20% off supplements on EUR70+ European orders through July 12. 2 US shoppers should test JUL26SW and MBDAILY before narrower regional codes.July 5 is iHerb's expiry cliff.
DRBEST26, EST26, and NEW20 all show July 5 expiry timing in DontPayFull, with NEW20 carrying 791 verifications and a last-working report on July 5. 2 GOLD60 remains listed as 10% off $60+ with no expiry, LEC9737 remains listed at 20% off with no expiry, and OM183 is extended to July 7 for GCC-region shoppers. 2Vitacost took the opposite route: the useful codes are mostly extensions rather than a fresh July series.
CYBERSMS20, LIFE20, SITESALE15, TEXT10, and ALLSITEWIDE15 all now point to July 7 expiry timing, while OODIE remains active through August 11. 3 Expired or broken-pattern codes include ANNIE15, 15THEDAILY, PROFESSIONAL, and VE601M; brand codes including THINKBRAND20, STEVITA20, ALLARROW, and ONTHEGO hit July 6 deadlines. 3 15GNC's board is more store-behavior driven. The July-branded BOGO 50% Mix-and-Match promo continues for PRO members, the Military Appreciation Event uses code
160106 with ID.me verification from July 1-7, and Ghost drink cases are BOGO Free in select stores through July 8. 16 The Ghost drink deal has quantity limits: 12 singles or 4 cases for PRO members, and 6 singles or 2 cases for regular shoppers. 16Vitamin Shoppe moved from its prior BOGO 50% promo into summer pickup codes.
TEAMRWB gives 20% off with 2-hour pickup from June 29 through July 26, and DRINKS26 gives 15% off drink cases with 2-hour pickup through July 24. 17 RedCon1 BOGO Free runs June 29-July 12 on RedCon1 products. 17 Because the coupon page was returning error 10501, confirm these terms in cart before choosing pickup.MyProtein has several active codes, but none beats the old 40%-style public headline unless it appears in your account path.
BONUS gives 15% off creatine through August 1, TRAIN gives 15% off through August 1, EXTRA lists up to 70% plus 10% through July 10, and STARTNOW gives 15% off through August 1. 18 MyProtein's US homepage also shows new products including Creatine Gummies, Clear Whey Isolate + Collagen + Probiotic, and Clear Whey Isolate + Creatine. 19Nootropics Depot remains a non-action item. As of July 5, its homepage showed standard product merchandising with no sale banner or visible promo code. 20 Weekly checking is reasonable, but the current page does not justify building a cart now.
Retailer and equipment notes
Costco is stable rather than newly aggressive. The June-July coupon book runs June 15-July 19, and the captured health section includes roughly three pages across vitamins, eye care, OTC medication, and related wellness items. 9 Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier 30-packs are the cleanest health staple at $20.99 after $8 off, while larger non-staple items include a Bodyfriend FALCON massage chair at $4,799.99 after $1,200 off. 9
The missing Costco deal matters as much as the active book. Fairlife 30g Protein Shake 18-packs at $31.99 expired June 28, and the current coupon book did not show a replacement protein-shake offer. 9 If Fairlife was your Costco trigger, this is a wait week rather than a warehouse run.
Walgreens is useful for vitamin baskets, not single-product bargain hunting. The captured Walgreens page shows Buy 1 Get 1 Free on select same-brand vitamins from Walgreens Brand, Nature's Bounty, Nature Made, Osteo Bi-Flex, and Qunol. 8 The same research item also captured
JULY20 for 20% off $50+ and Nature's Bounty Cranberry Gummies 150-count at $19.99 with B1G1 Free plus a $5 off 2 coupon. 8Amazon's post-Prime-Day health leftovers are mixed. NBC Select reported on June 29 that most Prime Day deals were over but some strong deals remained, and People.com updated an Amazon July 4 sale roundup on July 2. 21 22 The specific health items captured this week include Oura Ring 4 at $244.30-$246.05, up from a prior checkpoint low of $214.70; Premier Protein Shakes 12-pack at $19.75, down from $31.98; and Medicube Zero Pore Pads 2.0 at $18.90, or 39% off. 22
Fitness equipment has real July 4 activity, but the product-level detail is thinner than the supplement section. Garage Gym Reviews listed NordicTrack Fourth of July discounts of $1,300-$2,200 off through July 6, Bowflex up to $900 off, REP Fitness free shipping on US orders, Rogue daily shipping offers plus Boneyard deals, RitFit up to 18% off from July 1-7, Horizon Fitness up to $300 off treadmills, and The Fitness Outlet up to 40% off more than 50 brands. 23 Men's Health separately listed post-Prime-Day equipment examples including Bowflex SelectTech 552 adjustable dumbbells at $399 from $479, Flybird adjustable bench at $110 from $139, FED Fitness adjustable dumbbells at $270 from $370, and a Yosuda magnetic rower at $190 from $239. 24 Treat these as model-by-model checks, since the captured sources did not confirm every brand landing page directly.
Expiry watch
| Date | What changes |
|---|---|
| July 5 | iHerb DRBEST26, EST26, and NEW20 reach their listed expiry timing; Pure Protein Bars remain expired rather than relisted. 2 14 |
| July 6-7 | Vitacost brand codes including THINKBRAND20, STEVITA20, ALLARROW, and ONTHEGO hit July 6 timing, while broad Vitacost codes including CYBERSMS20, LIFE20, SITESALE15, TEXT10, and ALLSITEWIDE15 cluster on July 7. 3 |
| July 8 | iHerb JUL26C expires, and GNC's select-store Ghost BOGO Free drinks promo ends. 2 16 |
| July 10-12 | iHerb MBDAILY expires July 10; JUL26SW, SUPPEU, and Vitamin Shoppe RedCon1 BOGO Free run through July 12. 2 17 |
| July 19 | Costco's June-July coupon book ends. 9 |
| July 24-26 | Vitamin Shoppe DRINKS26 ends July 24, and TEAMRWB ends July 26. 17 |
| August 1 | MyProtein BONUS, TRAIN, and STARTNOW reach their listed expiry timing. 18 |
The practical cart path is narrow this week: check Amazon S&S coupons before assuming the Slickdeals price is live, test iHerb
JUL26SW and MBDAILY before older expiring codes, use Vitacost's 20% broad codes before brand-specific codes, and do not chase Costco protein shakes until a new Fairlife replacement appears.Cover image: Costco June-July coupon book from Costco97.
